Course Description
If you aren't involved in rulemaking (making rules, ordinances, legislation, guidelines, etc.) then you are missing the opportunity to INFLUENCE legislation BEFORE it becomes law. Whether you are an individual consumer or a small business, everyone has the right to become an active participant in agency rulemaking on regulations that may affect you.
