1964 Myers Manx
Stop by  and see this 1964 Myers Manx! The Myers Manx began as a basic simple concept conceived by Bruce Myers. The concept? Attach a fiberglass body to a Volkswagon chassis. This 1964 Myers Manx is one of 12 prototypes that were made by the Fountain Valley, CA company B.F. Meyers & Co. It was assembled in Newport Beach, CA. Production of approximately 6,000 of these cars ran from 1965-1971 until the demise of the company due to tax reasons. In 2000 Myers re-founded the operation, Myers Manx, Inc. and production of new vehicles inspired by the original Myers Manx have begun.
You can see this unique vehicle during the LA Design and Development Expo at the Long Beach Convention Center on March 12-13, 2016.
